Returns and Exchanges Policy

 We really hope that you\re happy with your purchase!

 If you should change your mind, and wish to return anything that you have bought from, EA Emirates Apparel we'll be happy to exchange a product providing it's returned within its specified return period, it is in fully re-saleable condition and returned in its original an undamaged packaging.

If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or colour. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

1. Please email sales@emiratesapparel.com to request an exchange and we will assign you a Returns Number.

2. Mail your returned item with Returns Number to:

P.O.Box: 182228.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return, original receipt and also the Returns Number given on acceptance of your request by our team.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where no exchanges are granted:

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing tags for reasons not due to our error.

Items sent back without obtaining a returns number from us.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

 

Refunds (Faulty Goods Only)

We only refund items, which are deemed faulty. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 150 AED, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee (not according to our regular pricing). The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
