Delivery Policy

Shiping anywhere within the UAE:

• Free for orders above 500.00 AED
• Orders up to 500.00 AED are charged at 25 AED
• OVERSEAS orders are subject to freight charges applied by our partners and payable by the clients

All deliveries are serviced by our multiple courier partners depending on area/size of order/urgency etc.

Where do you deliver?

We offer delivery across the major metropolitan areas of the United Arab Emirates; a complete list of our major destinations is available above.

Unfortunately, there are a number of locations where we are currently not able to offer home delivery. These locations can be found in the table above.

Please note that if you live beyond the city limits of the location you've selected then it may be necessary to collect your shipment. If you're unsure about whether or not your address is too far please make sure to email us on sales@emiratesapparel.com.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery promise for our major destinations is available above. The majority of our clients should expect the first delivery attempt within one working day of placing the order.

The effective working days our Saturday to Thursday and do not include Public holidays.

My order has been shipped, what next?

When your order is ready for delivery you should receive an SMS notification or a call. This means that one of our drivers has your shipment and should be on the way to you shortly.

What if they try to deliver while I am out of the house?

The courier will first call you and fix a convenient time for delivery. Alternatively you may also ask the courier to deliver the item to your Office if there is a scheduling issue.

Who will pay for the return Shipping?

UAE customers will be charged any additional fees for Returns and Exchanges by using their own courier of chose.
